Yunguilla Farm lies in a sun-filled valley of southern Ecuador’s Andean foothills, where warm days, gentle breezes, and fertile volcanic soils shape a naturally sweet and approachable terroir.
Grown at 1,400–1,700 meters with nearly year-round sunlight, the coffee develops rich sugars, soft acidity, and a round, silky texture.Moderate rainfall and a dry subtropical climate support uniform flowering and healthy trees, resulting in dense, even beans with clean roasting behavior.
