退貨權益 / Your Rights

• 根據台灣消費者保護法，非食品類商品自收到商品日起 7 天猶豫期 可退貨。
  According to Taiwan Consumer Protection Law, non-food products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  
• 食品類商品（生豆、熟豆）非製作或原料瑕疵，恕不接受退換貨，包括即將到期或易腐品。
  Food products (e.g., green coffee beans, roasted coffee beans) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing or raw material defect, including near-expiry or perishable items.
  

換貨流程 / Exchange Procedure

• 如需退換貨，請於收到商品 7 天內 聯絡客服（g19coffee@gmail.com），提供姓名、訂單編號、電話、退換貨商品名稱、原因及照片。
  To request an exchange, contact customer service at g19coffee@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product, providing your name, order number, phone number, product name, reason, and photos.
  
• 商品需保持全新狀態，包含所有附件、贈品、包裝及文件。
  Products must be in original, unused condition with all accessories, gifts, packaging, and documents intact.
  
• 目前不支援直接換貨，如需換貨，請先退貨後重新下單。
  Direct exchanges are not supported; please return the product first and place a new order.
  

退貨流程 / Return Procedure

• 僅限符合退貨原則的商品，需先與客服確認。
  Returns are only accepted for eligible products and must be approved by customer service.
  
• 核准後，宅配將於 3 個工作天 收回商品，確認無誤後 10 個工作天 完成退款。
  Once approved, our courier will collect the product within 3 business days. After verification, refunds will be completed within 10 business days.
  
• 單筆訂單退貨應一次完成，請確認所有退貨商品及文件齊全。
  Returns for a single order should ideally be completed in one shipment with all items and documents included.
  
• 無法退貨情況 / Returns cannot be accepted if:
• 超過 7 天 / More than 7 days after receiving the product
  
• 包裝損壞或拆封 / Product packaging damaged or opened
  
• 發票遺失 / Original invoice lost
  
• 人為損壞或訂錯品項 / Customer-caused damage or wrong order
  
• 未通知公司自行寄回 / Return shipped without prior notice
  
• 信用卡退款將直接退刷，時間約 5–7 個工作天；其他付款方式由客服聯絡退款細節。
  Refunds to credit cards will be processed directly within 5–7 business days; other payment methods will be handled by customer service.
  

海外退貨政策 / International Return Policy

• 海外顧客可參與折扣活動，但不適用滿額免運。
  International customers can participate in discount promotions, but free shipping offers do not apply.
  
• 海外訂單收件資料請 英文完整填寫；中文系國家可用中文，請確認無誤再下單。
  For international orders, please provide complete shipping information in English. Chinese-speaking countries may use Chinese. Please ensure the information is accurate.
  
• 海外訂單相關關稅及稅費由收件人支付。
  Customs duties, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  
• 訂單無法寄出或資料不完整，將於 3 個工作天 內聯繫；無法聯繫者訂單自動取消，不另行通知。
  If the order cannot be shipped due to incomplete information, we will contact you within 3 business days; uncontactable orders will be automatically canceled without further notice.
  
• 出貨前會重複品檢，海外訂單不提供 7 天鑑賞期外退貨服務。
  Products will undergo repeated inspection before shipment. Returns outside the 7-day period are not available for international orders.
  
• 國外訂單享 7 天鑑賞期，但跨國退換貨流程複雜，目前僅提供 退貨服務。請與客服聯繫後寄
