Q:下單後可以修改訂單嗎?

訂單成立後若需修改,請盡速於客服時間內與我們聯繫。若商品已出貨,將無法修改。
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the package is shipped, changes cannot be made.

Q:需要註冊會員才能購買嗎?

不需要,但註冊會員可查看訂單紀錄並獲得優惠資訊。

Q:咖啡豆的保存期限多久?

烘焙後六個月內為最佳賞味期限,實際風味依保存方式而不同。
Coffee beans are best consumed within 6 months after roasting. Actual flavor quality varies based on storage.

Q:商品顏色或包裝與圖片不同可以退貨嗎?

網頁圖片為示意,顏色、包裝等細節可能有些微差異,不列入退貨原因。
Product images are for reference. Minor variations in color or packaging are not valid reasons for returns.

Q:提供哪些付款方式?

台灣提供信用卡及貨到付款;海外訂單僅接受信用卡付款。
Taiwan orders support credit card and cash-on-delivery; international orders accept credit card only.

Q:退款多久會完成?

信用卡退款約 5–7 工作天;國際退款時間依各銀行作業而異。
Credit card refunds take about 5–7 business days; international refund times depend on your bank.

Q:多久可以收到商品?

台灣本島 1–2 天,離島 3–7 天。海外依國家約 5–20 天不等。
Taiwan: 1–2 days; Offshore islands: 3–7 days. International: approx. 5–20 days depending on destination.

Q:海外運費怎麼算?

依重量與目的地計算,下單後系統會自動顯示運費。
International shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination and will be shown at checkout.

Q:是否需要支付關稅?

若目的地國家收取關稅或進口費用,需由收件人支付。
Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country must be paid by the recipient.

退換貨 Returns & Exchanges

Q:商品有瑕疵怎麼辦?

請於 7 日內聯繫客服並附上照片,我們會協助處理。
Contact customer service within 7 days with photos. We will assist with replacement or return.

Q:咖啡豆可以退嗎?

食品類商品(如咖啡豆)除非瑕疵,無法退貨。
Food products (such as coffee beans) cannot be returned unless defective.

Q:海外訂單可以退貨嗎?

可退貨,但需先與客服聯繫。跨國退貨的運費由買方負擔。
International returns are accepted with prior approval. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Q:海外訂單有免運嗎?

海外訂單不適用免運活動。
Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

Q:配送被退回怎麼辦?

若因拒收、清關失敗、地址不完整等原因退回,退款將扣除雙程運費及相關費用。
If the package is returned due to refusal, customs failure, or incorrect address, the refund will deduct round-trip shipping and related fees.
