Delivery
Shipping
- Orders within Taiwan are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- A tracking number will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
- Please note that shipping times may be slightly delayed during holidays or promotional periods.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount—please refer to current promotions for details.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

- Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is approved. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items & Fees
- Final sale items, gift cards, and items purchased during major promotional periods are non-returnable.
- Items returned not in original condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
